COVID Notice

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, NO RETURNS will be accepted and/or processed until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we are doing our very best to stop the spread. 

Returns

TO RETURN AN ITEM: If you would like to return an item or have received an unusable item due to shipment damage or is defective, you must notify Marabou Lashes within three (3) days of delivery to obtain a return authorization number. We are not responsible for trays that are cracked during shipment, as lash quality is not affected by a cracked tray. 

All items MUST be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as they were received to be eligible for a return. 

Your return authorization number will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging. Once your returned items have been received, inspected, and authorized for a return, you will be refunded within 5-7 Business Days.

  • SHIPPING: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable. Please allow up to 2 weeks processing time for a refund to be issued.

Your email must include the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Contact Information
  • Damage or Defect Details
  • Photo and/or Video Evidence

Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response. 

Refunds & Exchanges

We offer exchanges if you received the wrong style or order. All other items are replaced only if they are defective or damaged. Delivery time for your exchanged product(s) may vary depending on your location.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unopened, unused, as well as in the same condition and original packaging as received. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us to request an exchange at support@Maraboulashes.com

  • REFUNDS: We will notify you via email when we have received and inspected your return, as well as with the status of your refund, if applicable. 

 

For approved requests, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 Business Days. 

 

  • LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: If you have not received a refund after we have notified you of approval, please check your bank account again. If you still have not received your refund within 5-7 Business Days, contact your credit card company.

* Please note that there may be some processing time before your refund is posted to your account.

  • SALE ITEMS: Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are refundable at this time. 
  • GIFT RETURNS: If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit code digitally via email for the same value as your purchase once the returned item is received.
